Watch my After Effects motion tracking tutorial
I am learning After Effects at the moment and I really liked the motion tracking stuff. I made a kayak trip last sunday where I filmed from the Kayak. This resulted in a shaky movie. Now with After Effects you can correct that, it's really amazing.
